Initial meeting to determine if the matter is suitable for mediation, or not.
2. MATTERS OF DISPUTE
Both parties submit the issues of dispute and what they are hoping to achieve for both parenting and property.
3. MEDIATION
Reach full or partial agreement, with an understanding of the different types of agreements.
